Executive chef David Hall has curated a special six-course menu featuring exclusive dishes for Lime&Tonic diners, taking your table on a delicious tour of Tasmania. Lime&Tonic guests will be seated in the glamorous upstairs dining room with sparkling waterfront views. Exclusive to Lime&Tonic, a PureSouth chef will visit your table and introduce you to the restaurant’s philosophy and the dishes you’ll enjoy.
Dishes may include pristine Bass Strait kingfish with housemade tartare, or Flinders Island wallaby elegantly presented with beetroot garnish. Tasmania’s classic scallop pie is dressed up as a canape with sweet crab and pear chutney.

All Lime&Tonic vouchers have five years’ validity. The voucher for this experience is valid for 6 months, after which point your voucher value will turn into credit to use towards any Lime&Tonic experience during the remaining 54 months.
