Great venue (what is it called?!) Food was great - rich & a lot of it (too much maybe - not a bad problem to have?!) Great experience & night. Could have had a touch upped it on the wine maybe... Awesome though - when is the next event?!

With hospitality in his blood, Melbourne local, Daniel Tonin grew up making Pasta, making him an expert in the fine art of the perfect pasta dough. Working alongside his family’s business, Danny perfected his craft, garnering attention not only for the quality of their pasta, but for the flavours, textures, colours and unique flavour combinations, which were both eye catching and delicious.
Now the head artisan at Pasta Classica, Daniel acts as the Sales Manager and Head of Product Development and Design, and his flair for creativity is evident, as he continues to push boundaries, marrying unexpected ingredients to produce incredible taste sensations that have Melbourne’s top chefs raving, earning him his title as one of Melbourne’s most loved Pasta makers, Danny Pasta.

From the kitchens of the USA, Europe and South America, Caribbean born chef, Daniel Giraldo, has drawn from his experiences across the globe, fine-tuned his talent and passion for hospitality, and has brought it all the way to the kitchens of Melbourne.
After working for a number of fine dining establishments, whilst under the guidance of some of the best, Daniel deservingly holds the role of Head Chef at Melbourne restaurant, Maha, where the restaurant retains its hatted title under his leader ship.
