Calling all truffle lovers! Here’s your chance to celebrate the rich and velvety treasure that is the truffle at Danny Pasta and Lime&Tonic’s annual Truffle Dinner – a four-course, truffle-inspired extravaganza that’s bound to fulfil all your truffle cravings.
Set in the unique and historic dome-shaped gallery of ‘Norla Dome’ at the Mission to Seafarer’s building, your evening will begin with a glass of Prosecco and canapés on arrival where you’ll have the chance to mix with fellow truffle-hounds.
Following canapés, you’ll get to indulge in four-courses of amazing, truffle-inspired dishes including antipasto, an entrée (Potato, Gruyere cheese and thyme Panzotti), main (Grass fed eye fillet with truffle sauce tortelloni) and dessert (Fried chocolate ravioli) designed especially for the evening by your host Danny Tonin (a.k.a Danny Pasta), along with matching, award-winning wines selected by Regina Vino.

Regina Vino is a boutique importer and wholesaler of fine Italian wines founded in mid 2016 by Melissa Brauer. Known as ‘The Prosecco Queen’ and a self-confessed lover of all things Italian Melissa was born and raised in Melbourne. With a career spent in sales and marketing but a passion for food and wine her clients inevitably became hospitality-focused, and she has gradually built up an extensive network of restaurateurs, sommeliers, winemakers and food producers throughout Victoria and beyond.
