SPQR Pizzeria is Melbourne's new go-to for traditional, Neapolitan wood-fired Pizza. Working with wood-fired ovens hand-made by the Polito family.
Get together for a small-group pizza masterclass at SPQR Pizzera in The District, Docklands. You’ll learn to make traditional, Neapolitan wood-fired pizza and then eat them on site with either a glass of wine or beer. You’ll also have some dough balls to take home with you.
Your group will use wood-fired ovens hand-made by the Polito family. SPQR Pizzeria offers a sit-down dining service, as well as serving pizza by the slice all day and into the night for the people from their original Liverpool Street restaurant and most recently servicing all your takeaway pizza needs from their Docklands take away shop. Toppings are limited but classic (imagine a, deliciously blistered, sourdough base dripping with mozzarella and sprinkled with olives, anchovies, prosciutto, fresh herbs and other assorted bits of goodness).
Classes run with a minimum of 8 people. Classes are conducted every day between 3-5pm. Excluding Fridays.
All Lime&Tonic vouchers have three years’ validity. The voucher for this experience is valid for 6 months, after which point your voucher value will turn into credit to use towards another experience during the remaining 30 months.
