The food was good but not amazing but we enjoyed the night, but the experience a bit disappointing, the canapes with the cocktails were very slow to arrive and one ended up over my father and my husband with only an apology. A free drink could have been good. The staff upstairs were much more attentive.

One staff member was very good. He really supplied an all round excellent dining experience. The food was very nice as well. . Perhaps not quite valued at the price level offered but very good. The atmosphere was nice, left a bit wanting.
Treat yourself to a luxe ‘foodie’ experience with dinner at bouche on Bridge, winner of Taste of Sydney’s coveted 2017 Best in Taste award. Start with drinks and canapés in the underground cellar, then enjoy dinner in the magnificent dining room.
Here’s your chance to be taken on a gastronomic adventure with a progressive dinner at Sydney’s hottest new restaurant on the block, Bouche on Bridge.
Founded by Executive Chef Harry Stockdale–Powell (ex Marque and Rockpool) and Director Emma Darrouzet, Bouche is a new take on modern dining and recently took out the coveted 2017 Best in Taste award at Taste of Sydney.
“Bouche brings together our fine dining food and service experience but in a more relaxed atmosphere,” says Stockdale-Powell. The menu is interesting, but uncomplicated with subtle European influences and a focus on exceptional high quality local and seasonal produce.
Kick off your evening at Bouche’s seductively sleek and contemporary underground cocktail bar, The Cellar and enjoy a cocktail accompanied by some delicious canapés.
Head upstairs to the glamorous, sandstone dining hall to enjoy dinner from a menu that reflects a passion for sustainability, celebrates fresh, local produce and is divided into three main sections – sea, land and farm.
Make sure you leave some room for some sweet, sweet goodness, as for dessert you’ll be taken to Bouche’s mezzanine level where you’ll finish off the night at the exclusive chef’s table.
Having burst onto the restaurant scene to rave reviews from Good Food, Broadsheet Sydney, The Urban List and more, Bouche On Bridge is a destination you won’t forget in a hurry. It’s fine dining, with all the perks but none of the attitude, at it’s very best.
