Treat yourself to a luxe ‘foodie’ experience with dinner at bouche on Bridge, winner of Taste of Sydney’s coveted 2017 Best in Taste award. Start with drinks and canapés in the underground cellar, then enjoy dinner in the magnificent dining room.

  • Slip into bouche on Bridge’s seductive underground cocktail bar, The Cellar and unwind. The best bartenders in the city will prepare one of their own favourite winter cocktails while you relax with a chefs' selection of canapés .
  • After a drink, soak up the atmosphere in the main dining room and enjoy a menu created for the experience by Executive Chef Joachim Borenius. For main, indulge in a braised moorlands lamb shoulder with kohlrabi, chili and cheese curd accompanied by sides including grilled Freemans Reach broccoli, almond gazpacho and salted egg yolk and crispy Sebago potatoes with smoked paprika rosemary.
  • End the night on a sweet note with an absolutely divine spiced Sheperton quince tarte tatin and a glass of beautiful, warm mulled wine.

  • Valid for for dinner from Monday to Thursday. Reservations and cancellations are required 48 hours in advance. Please note the venue is booked out until 31 July but reservations are available after that. See you then!
