The menu for the evening is absolutely mouth-watering, and shows off the creative contemporary Japanese cuisine the team at Saké Double Bay do so well. You'll start with tangy steamed edamame with flavored salts and nori dust. This transitions to Hiramasa Kingfish with yuzo soy and garlic chips. It's delicious. Next you'll enjoy a new style Wagyu dish with Shiso dressing in peanut oil, a very tasty dish. Hokaido scallops with mentaiko mayo comes next, the perfect seafood bites. You'll also have a panko snapper to look forward to along with a Rangers Valley Black Angus Striploin. It's pretty amazing. For dessert, you'll indulge in a decadent Dragon Egg chocolate.
