Now you can learn to make these sausages with this fun, interactive workshop hosted by Chrissy herself at The Sausage Factory. In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn all the steps to making the hand-twisted sausages, as well as get the pro tips about the best meat cuts and herbs for flavouring. Afterwards, enjoy your very own delicious creations as a reward.

Chrissy’s Cuts was born in 2015 and is now used by gastro-pubs, restaurants and independent food stores in New South Wales. Chrissy and her partner, Jim, opened The Sausage Factory in 2017 in the cosy neighbourhood of Dulwich Hill. Featuring a bar, bistro and cellar door, it’s where all the meaty magic happens – where Chrissy’s Cuts are made by day, and sausage lovers can taste the produce by night.
