Get out your glittering jumpsuits, platforms and bellbottoms. Hairdo so big that it arrives ten minutes before you do. Lime & Tonic is transforming your chosen venue into Studio 54 for your next exclusive Sydney event.
The year is 1977. Music is funky, clothes are superfly and decadence is the word of the day. A twirling disco ball reflects the wildest dancefloor around. Andy Warhol, Mick Jagger, Grace Jones, Elton John, Tina Turner, Freddie Mercury, Diana Ross, Cher, David Bowie, and John Travolta are all here. This is the hottest nightclub in New York City. This is Studio 54.
Fast forward to today and travel about 16,000 km south-west to The Governor’s Table in Sydney. Now we don’t like to brag, but this is the best reproduction of Studio 54 around. Okay, okay… so we’re bragging a little. But we can’t help but feel chuffed with how well The Governor’s Table transforms into the glamorous 1970’s discotheque once our stylists do their thing.
On the night, you and your guests will sit down to a delicious three-course meal and enjoy a four-hour beverage package. Canapés are served both before and after dinner as well. The private dining room at The Governor’s Table also gets the glamorous 1970’s treatment from our stylists, converting into a fabulous area for the dessert table.
Most importantly, get down to some 70’s beats with the DJ, who also happens to be a dance instructor. Ah freak out! Le freak c’est chic!
