We all love the delicious taste of sausages but not knowing what’s inside of them is the wurst. Enter the Sydney Sausage Queen, Chrissy Flanagan of Chrissy’s Cuts – producing hand-twisted sausages from 100% ethically-raised meats, fresh herbs and spices – no artificial flavouring or fillers.
Chrissy’s Cuts was born in 2015 and is now used by gastro-pubs, restaurants and independent food stores in New South Wales. Chrissy and her partner, Jim, opened The Sausage Factory in 2017 in the cosy neighbourhood of Dulwich Hill. Featuring a bar, bistro and cellar door, it’s where all the meaty magic happens – where Chrissy’s Cuts are made by day, and sausage lovers can taste the produce by night.
