  • Head 36 levels up the Shangri-La Sydney to Altitude Restaurant for a sizzling 3-course dinner with matched wines to taste the new grill-focused menu. Savour rich and diverse flavours from Australia’s best producers including fine meats and seafood, grilled, smoked and charred to perfection.
  • A serious wow factor, the floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to feast your eyes on the outstanding panoramic views and glittering vista below, including the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
  • For that personal touch, each guest will receive a signed menu card of the main course by the Executive Chef as a memento of your iconic dining experience.
  • Available Sunday to Thursday for dinner. Excluding special dates and public holidays. Sunday bookings require 15% surcharge payable on the day.
  • Bookings and cancellations required 48 hours in advance.
