Pink Salt have created the ultimate menu that really packs a punch in the flavour stakes! Beginning with freshly baked breads and a tasting plate to share - a chefs selection of four entrees to get your appetite churning.

Then comes the Sirloin Chateaubriand... absolutely to-die-for! Imagine the tenderness of a 6 hour slow cooked sirloin (with a fittingly pink centre!) served alongside sautéed mushrooms with shallots, buttered spinach, pommes Parisian & red wine jus.

Finish the evening with the fresh flavours of a coconut & lime parfait with fresh mango & coconut snow; a choc pineapple medley served with dark chocolate mouse & pineapple 3 ways.
