Executive Chef Anthony Craven has put together a menu that is varied and innovative with a focus on locally sourced produce. You’ll enjoy a 4-course menu consisting of a tantalising amuse bouche followed by your choice of entrée, main and a dessert tasting plate.

Galileo is also known for its extensive wine cellar so it seems only fitting that your main will be accompanied by a glass of red or white wine selected by Galileo’s expert sommelier!

The Langham will also give you a complimentary day-pass to their lavish spa facilities. Before dinner, spend the afternoon relaxing poolside and indulging in some down-time in the spa, sauna and steam room. Or maybe a workout at the gym will ease any dessert tasting plate guilt! Don’t worry, you don’t have to do it all in one day. If you don’t use your day-pass on the day Galileo will issue you a voucher to use later.

Anthony Craven Modern Australian meets Flavour Sensation
Newly appointed executive chef, Anthony Craven, has 20 years of experience under his belt. Mostly comprising of five-star style, Chef Craven has worked with establishments such as the Shangri-La Sydney, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi in Dubai and led a 35-chef brigade at The Peninsula Manila.

Anthony returns home to Sydney to bring his impressive track record and innovative style to The Langham Sydney.
