Crane Bar Restaurant's Executive Chef, Taichi Ito, has been a leader in creating fantastic Asian cuisine in Sydney for more than 15 years. Taichi has single-handedly created the Japanese-fusion menu at Crane Bar Restaurant, which makes it one of the stand-outs of Asian dining in Sydney. He's ready to wow you with his culinary passion and precision.

Incredibly ambitious, and extremely experienced, Taichi loves to create intricate meals with an intimate flair.
