These terms and conditions specifically refer to the following products and services which may be purchased or accessed via our websites:
Throughout these terms and conditions, the above products and services are collectively referred to as 'Lime &Tonic Voucher(s)'.

Customer must have a valid Registration in order to be eligible to make Purchases, or access Freebies, using the Website.
Once the Registration process has been properly completed, the user will: (i) Receive a confirmation email, confirming that that their Registration has been successful and that they are now a Customer; and (ii) be allocated a password and a user account via the email address they have supplied. Upon receipt, the Customer agrees to keep the password and account details strictly confidential and immediately notify Lime &Tonic in the event of any actual or suspected loss, unauthorised use, and other breach of their account or the security of the Website. Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they will be liable for any damage, loss or other harm suffered by Lime &Tonic, the Merchants, other Customers, or other third parties, as a result of unauthorised use of their account (including where they have not taken reasonable steps to protect their account details or alert Lime &Tonic about any possible breach), or any unauthorised act or breach of the Website. Customer shall be obliged to promptly modify/change/amend (solely through accessing the Customer’s account with the Website) their respective account details if Lime &Tonic so requires. Lime &Tonic may independently require Customers from time to time to re-validate their accounts and their registered details.
Each person may only have one active Customer account with the Website.
Lime &Tonic reserves the right to decline any Registration, or to cancel any Customer account (with immediate effect), at any time, in its sole discretion, including: (i) In the event of any breach of any obligations in these Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Customer does any act, or thing, (including during the Registration process), with the intent of, or which actual does actually does, misrepresent their true identity, provide any false, misleading or incomplete information, or seek to obtain any benefit through fraud, deception, or by committing any criminal offence (as determined by Lime &Tonic in its absolute discretion).
In order to make a Purchase, Customer has to log-on to their account, and complete all of the required information, including selecting the options on the relevant boxes of the form(s) in order to complete it.
Once the full payment for the Purchase has been effectively collected by Lime &Tonic, Lime &Tonic will notify Customer via email to their specified email address that the Purchase has been completed. Lime & Tonic will provide to Customer, on behalf of the Merchant, the respective Voucher(s) in electronic form to the same email address.

14 Day Change-of-Mind Refund Policy
If you have purchased an Experience Voucher from Lime &Tonic and you are not completely satisfied with your choice, you can request a refund of the Experience Voucher within 14 days of the purchase date. The refund excludes any delivery or transaction fees paid at the time of purchase. Only the purchaser is entitled to a refund.
Conditions of Refund:
Lime &Tonic complies with Australian Consumer Law in respect of guarantees and warranties for our products and services. In respect of services it is the independent Merchants who provide the experience to you following the redemption of an experience voucher. The independent Merchants accept responsibility for compliance with the Australian Consumer Law in respect of services, that is that the experience was provided with due skill and care and complied with the description made to the purchaser at the time of sale. Lime &Tonic is not the provider of the experience; see part 11 Providers of Experiences. Subject to the Merchants recommended booking notice period, cancellation policy or weather guidelines you may be entitled to a refund of whole or part of the purchase price depending on the circumstances of each case.Next
